In cooperation with DC Hospitality (in Bali, Indonesia) we are proud to present to you our global vision of sustainable textiles made of Bamboo fiber in our online yoga store. Due to the several beneficial characteristic of Bamboo fibers,we hereby would like to introduce to you our Bamboo Life® Yoga wear, uniforms, (think kitchen, restaurants, hospital, spa’s), bed linen and as well casual ‘flow’ wear in our new online yoga shop.
Our skin is the biggest organ and as well needs to breathe to detoxify from our exposures to the environment, therefore we only use a maximum of 5% spandex in our Bamboo Life® textiles where it is preferred; i.e. t-shirts, tanks and some Yoga pants.

Why Bamboo Fiber?

AND
NATURALLY SOFT: Bamboo clothing and bedding is softer than the softest cotton, it has a natural sheen like cashmere, bamboo drapes like silk and far more durable then cotton.
HYPO-ALLERGENIC: Bamboo fiber is naturally hypoallergenic; in fact extensive studies have found no allergy response cases making it the ideal material for babies and people with sensitive skin.
ANTI-BACTERIAL: Bamboo fabric contains a naturally occurring anti-microbial agent (kun), that prevents bacteria from cultivating and keeping you odor free.
ABSORBS MOISTURE: A cross-section of bamboo fiber reveals various micro holes, allowing bamboo cloth to absorb and evaporate sweat. Bamboo fiber is four times more absorbent than cotton.
BREATHABLE: The porous qualities of bamboo fiber account for its breathability. Coupled with bamboo’s excellent wicking properties ensure that you remain cool and dry.
THERMO REGULATING: Bamboo keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
BIO-DEGRADABLE: Unlike synthetic fibers which incorporate petroleum additives, bamboo is 100% biodegradable.
CERTIFIED ORGANIC: Grown and harvested without the use of pesticides or other chemicals. Certified by “Coretex” TM.
SUSTAINABLE: Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants on earth, able to grow up to 100cm per day, making it a high yield, renewable resource. It can be selectively harvested annually and is capable of complete regeneration without the need to re-plant.
USES LESS WATER: Bamboo plantations require very little water and can survive drought conditions. In comparison to cotton, which requires up to 20,000 litres of irrigation water per kilo of fiber. Bamboo can grow with just natural rainfall.
CLEANER AIR: Bamboo gives us clean air to breath, consumes carbon dioxide and because bamboo forests are so dense returns 30% more oxygen to the atmosphere than trees. Some bamboo sequester up to 12 tons of carbon dioxide from the air per hectare.
PESTICIDE FREE: 25% of the pesticides used in the agriculture industry are used on cotton. Bamboo has a naturally occurring anti-bacterial composition and does not require pesticides or chemicals.
TERMS OF PRODUCT PURCHASING OUR YOGA WEAR
1) Prices are based on a minimum order of 4 pc. per standard color, per model and receive your personal embroidery free of charge. Your personal (embroidery) labels for in the garment is possible as well, just drop us a line.
2) Standard colors are: Natural, White, Black, Olive, Brown, Grey, Deep Blue, Purple, Lavender and Latte Beige.
3) Other colors are available but conditions apply, like qantity and prices!
4) If you buy less than 4 pc, 50% price increase apply.
